EXIF data not copied to XMP

1.97 - If IPTC data is edited for with 'Update or create XMP' checked then EXIF data is not copied to XMP. Previous versions have copied EXIF data to XMP. Not a serious problem - I don't know of anything that tries to read EXIF data from XMP, but is this a bug or design?

by design, so perhaps an option for that
