Image on Huey-calibrated desktop and notebook looks differnt

I have 2 computers, calibrated with Huey Pro
when I open the same image in xnview, should it look the same? The desktop looks saturated vs the notebook.

Do you have same settings?

yes they have the same settings.
but what settings are there that affect colors in jpg?
anyway I'm just not sure if it's using the windows ICC profile that is saved by Huey Pro

The ICC settings, what should it be? It's off by default
