Xnview convert does't work anymore

Hi,im new here..I have problem to convert my pic..last week it work well..but now it doest work anymore..I convert my jpg into png,but still jpg..other format also..I tried reinstall and I get error,the message is

Error creating registry key:
Hkey_local_machine\software\registeredapplications

Regcreatekeyex failed; code 5
Access is denied..

Can someone can help?

By 'batch convert'? Do you have 'use original format'?
