It would be nice if you prefixed all your written Changes in your next ChangeLog so we can immediately differentiate when reading the list vertically downwards. I like how mp3tag development publishes there's: http://www.mp3tag.de/en/changelog.html - There is 'FIX:' , 'NEW:' and 'CHG:' written as prefix and in upper case too. Clear and concise 3 letter wording.
...Otherwise, if you can, you can use just three bold headers and then lay down the info in a numbered list. This can be done in any word-processor with no-formatting, like this:
