Mark similar files

Hello,
I am trying to re-index some pictures who have been indexed not using standard IPTC field!...

After using "find similar files", some functions are available like : delete reference an file, move....
I would like to have the possibility to just mark one of the 2 similar photos.

you means 'tag'?
