XnView Shellextension: Error 0x80070005

I've downloaded the zip file of XNView Shellextension 2.90 and tried to start the register.bat, but then I get an error message, that the module xnviewshellext.dll was loaded, but calling "DllRegisterServer" failed with the error code: 0x80070005.

Which OS do you have? Do you have tried the exe setup?
