ways to apply gamma to exr file for viewing?

Post by xnViewWannabe »

Generally linear exr images will need a 2.2 gamma applied to look 'correct'.

I see how I can apply a gamma of 2.2 by hand using xnView, but ...

1. Is there way to add an 0n/off button to display an exr image with gamma 2.2?

2. Is there a way to set xnView up so that it will always display an exr image with 2.2 gamma (or use icc profile for the current monitor display which is generally 2.2) when it opens an exr file?

Thanks!
