Hi

why can't i edit IPTC data on my canon raw files?

i can i do with jpg files



is there an option to enable?

i guess xnview could use exiftool that can do it

Here's what I've got:

• Canon RAW: Combine .CRW and .THM files
• IPTC dans des CR2 et fonction Recherche IPTC
• Cannot create IPTC metadata for RAF and CR2 files
• How to configure XnView to read data from XMP file?
• XnView crashs when reading IPTC data in Batch Rename (CR2)
• Set IPTC field with Batch Rename? ObjectName vs Headline

in short it doesn't work with canon raw files,does it?
it could write a xmp for the canon raw file (*.cr2)

thanks again but XnViewMediaDetector can do it wiht my raw files , it's weird ,isn't ? maybe the Xnview author could help me

??? No XnViewMediaDetector can't edit RAW files...
