"Always on top" button on toolbar

There is no "Always on top" button on toolbar, so if i want toggle "Always on top", I have to go into Options, to toggle it on interface tab.
Cant you add a button? Make it easy to use.

I use it frequently...

One layout I use is a smaller-than-screen-size window that I float over web pages , etc.
