MP 0.34 Win: Compare thumbstrip does not always populate

When using the Compare function, the Compare thumbstrip is sometimes empty.

Some folders consistently display in the Compare thumbstrip, other folders consistently won't display.

Here is an example of the latter. Nothing I do will cause the folder to be displayed in the Compare thumbstrip.



Note that the behavior is not for all folders, just some.

I have yet to discover a pattern to this behavior.

are you able to reproduce it? Do you use 'create thumbs for whole folder'?

Yes, "Create thumbnails for whole folder" is checked (True).

Behavior is inconsistent. I cannot always reproduce for the same folder. Perhaps it has something to do with whether the source folder has completed thumbing (compare thumbs entirely missing if folder thumbs not complete). That is only a guess.

Sorry Pierre... I cannot find a pattern to reproduce the problem. It only occurs occasionally.

Works fine for me in XnView MP 0.84.
