Can't do batch processing

I am having some problem. Recently I try to use the XnView to do batch resize of multiple files, but the "Output" directory is disabled. I try to uninstall & re-install the XnView but can't solve the problem. Can anyone please help? Thank you.

I guess you have checked 'Use orignal path (as output)'. Please uncheck this checkbox.
