Error with open files with non Latin symbols in path

I try to open files of album scan contain non latin symbols in path (specifically japanese) and i get error. In clen latin namely path files normaly open. Please fix it in future release.

Hello ! Welcome on board !

• XnView “classic” 1.9… doesn't support Unicode.
- You might try XnView-MP which does it…
