REQ: Ctrl + dragging corner of selection box retains ratio

After selecting a region of an image, it would be nice if you could hold down Shift or Control while dragging a corner to retain the ratio of the selection.

Yes, i definately support this using the shift key since that's the key all programs use that i work with.
