Another Option for Batch Renaming

Post by Brans »

Another perfect addition to this program would be to have the option of renaming the very first file without a zero and begin with a 1 (at the end of the renamed file). Example, XnView 1, XnView 2,
XnView 3.

Currently the only options available are: XnView 0, XnView 1, XnView 2; or, XnView, XnView 1, XnView 2.

Whatever means you use to have that feature is fine. I guess you could change it so # starts with 1. Or, another idea could be to add another symbol, maybe #1, which means that the end of the rename of the first file will start with 1.

How about being able to specify a starting number. i.e. {filename} ##1 would start at 001, {filename} #25 would start at 025, etc
