Sharpen the browser preview and the folder thumbnails

Because they look fuzzy and the fuzziness impedes the processing of visual information.
ACDSee 5 from 2002 (or 2004) year does this automatically.

you can sharpen the thumbnail option/Thumbnails

In XnView v1.98.1 this option does not sharpen the folder thumbnails and the browser preview even after thumbnail rebuilding.
