Hi,
I want to report a small bug concerning images in .PDN (PaintDotNet image editor) format. I found it in 198.2 but it may have been present in earlier builts as well. This is under Win7, with XnView options set to "Display all image types".
In the folder pane view of XnView, it will show thumbnails for .PDN images without a problem. However, when you click one of those .PDN thumbnails to view the actual image in a new tab, this does not work.
In the same way in Windows Explorer, when right-clicking a .PDN file and selecting "Open with XnView", you will get a warning dialog from XnView saying that the format of the file could not be determined, and advising to activate the "Display all image types" option (even though that option is already active).
Seems to me that somehow XnView is capable of handling/creating thumbnails for .PDN images allright, but not able to handle the images themselves.
HTH, Henk
