MP 0.38.7 Win: Scroll does not work

Scroll does not work if thumbnail padding is greater than 0

Under Thumbnail => Appearance (I think my installation is in Spanish ñ_ñ)

Thumbnail => Appearance => Spacing
same problem occurs.
