Set file size limit in batch processing (Facebook etc)

Hi!

I would very much like to be able to set a file size limit (hard/soft choosable) when doing JPG batch conversions.

Reason for this is that certain applications and web sites have file size limitations (for example Facebook) when uploading pictures.

For example, batch setting 72dpi, max height/width 2500 pixels, max size 2Mb (adjust size by setting JPG compression).

I think this would be a very useful feature!
