focus distance

I have some NEF from D300s. I was wondering if it saved info such as AF distance.

I have 2 pics, exactly the same, one taken with ND filter and one w/o. The ND one is somehow blurred, I want to see if it's hand shake, or front/back focus.

I was 28mm at 1/100 I couldn't get it sharp for 15shots. Once ND was off it was sharp right away.

I see that exif tools DO report this info and much more in the NEF.
Could you add it to here?
