"Ignore read errors" not working when creating MP TIFF

I don't know why XnView refuses to load this png file. If I check the tickbox for ignore read errors I can open it succesfully. But when I try to insert it into a multipage TIFF file it will show the same read error. I am thinking the "ignore read errors" isn't actually used when creating multipage files.

File is created with Corel PSP X4 SP1 (which still has some bugs mind you).

PS - Can anyone confirm by using this PNG file to create a multipage TIFF?
