Browser bgcolor

Post by Atmos »

Hi,I've got some question about color customization.
Thanks to the program's flexible interface I've decided to leave only two panels: preview and list of files (forgive my Engrish) to make the interface looking something like Picasa's one.
The problem is that I can't replace white background color of the "list of files".

You see, I've changed bgcolor to pink, but it's still white.
Editing xnview.ini may help, but I don't know what to edit there. Can you advice something?

I also wanted to ask: is there a possibility to run xnview in browser, not viewer mode, when I open an image?

Do you have tried XnView Tweak UI?

I have. But I only found an option for bg color of Folder Tree.

Oh, can bg color of the list of thumbnails be inherited from OS parameters?
I ask because I use Win 8 x64, and there may be a possibility for xnview not to cooperate with OS in this case.

Thank you, Pierre. I've found it.
BTW, is it possible somehow to stay the thumbnail's shadow on using some bgcolor?
I mean, if the shadow is a gradient black->white, I'd change it to black->transparent and insert it somewhere with some ResPatch. If it's the only reason preventing combining the shadow and bgcolor, of course.
