Transferring Categories between machines?

Hi, first off great work with XnView, been using it on PC for years above ACDSee and similar offerings, pretty much perfect.

I use Macs quite a bit these days so I've been looking at MP, one thing I can't work out is where the categories are stored on Mac, so I can transfer them to my new machine. Can anyone help out?
