I just installed xn view and am trying to convert some webshots photos to jpgs. I keep getting an error message that says the format of the file could not be determined.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

- Is Display all image file types activated in Tools » Options... » General » Operations?
- Could you upload a sample (to a free file-sharing host like Wikisend) and post the link?
- Have you tried to open/convert the file(s) with Ultimate Webshots Converter?

Yeah, just click tools->options->general->"display all image file types". (Honestly though, i don't know why that isn't on by default. Hell, I don't even know why the ability to turn it off even exists. Why/when would you ever want xnview to NOT open all image file types that it possibly can??
