Export formats

Post by Drahken »

It'd be nice to have some other formats available in the export dialog, particularly ones like WEBP & JPG-XR.
By the same token, I think some formats can be removed from the export dialog. Does anyone ever use the PCX or TGA formats?

Please don't get rid of TGA format. Remember, not only photographers are using xnView. People who design graphics for video games / 3D simulator environments, and 3D models, regularly use the TGA format alongside TIF.

Although I do not have the numbers to prove my point, it's my firm belief that a significant portion of the user base sees it as imaging central (or a Rosetta Stone for file formats, if you will).
