1.98.8 Print multilayer PSD

Hi!

I have problems when I print multilayer psd-s. Here are example files:

There are 4 layers in each file, but when I print one image with "Insert all Pages of multipage source images" mode, Preview says "Page 1/5" and last page is empty. When I print two images Preview shows 6 pages and there is no second image among these 6 pages.

When I use "Pages 1 to 1" mode with these two files, Preview shows 1/3 pages, and again there is no second image.
