Suggestion : allow "accent" insensitive search

It would be useful that XbViewMP allow "accent" insensitive search (in the same way XnViewMP allow case sensitive search). With this option set, searching

"tete beche" could return pictures with "tête bèche"

(in fact, it would be better to allow a 'sensitive accent' option, unset by default).
