I really like the pop-up box with the preview of the files when you "batch convert" images.
It would be really great to have the same pop-up box for reorder and renaming the pictures.
(I know you can already do it "dragging and dropping" thumbnails in the main window, and then renaming them, but I think it would be more useful to have a specific "lightbox" tool... first this tool let you order the thumbnail, when you're done, you press "ok" then you can start rename images with the already goog "batch rename").
In both "batch convert" and "reorder/rename" tool there should be also the possibility to drag and drop more than one thumbnail a time...
