Adding files using a list of files

I apologize in advance because I'm sure this question has been answered already. I can't seem to find the correct words to search correctly.

I have 1000's of files that I need to convert to tif format. Some need to be rotated 90 degrees.

The files are located in folders that contain images that do not need to be converted or rotated.

I have a list of the files in excel that need conversion.
I have a list of the files in excel that need conversion and rotation.

I'd like to use the lists to load the images into XnConvert. Currently, I'm dragging the files but it's very time consuming because of the images that do not need to be converted or rotated.

Is there an easy way to use the list of files to load the images into XnConvert. I do not have programming skills.
