Plugins don't show in XnView

I downloaded the plugins and put them all in the plugin folder. When I open the program and scroll down to plugin nothing happens. What could I have done wrong?

A semi-manual installation? have you tried to download the full-package and install it?

I downloaded All Plugins V1.90zip and extracted the files to the plugins folder per the instructions. When I go into windows explorer the files are there under plugins, but when in the XnView program and I click on plugins, nothing happens.

Plugins are plugins for formats, not addon for XnView (Plugin menu)
