xmp file support & full size raw bug

Hi,

I would really like to finally see support for xmp meta files. Edits on raw files are stored in separate xmp files, for example when you use Photoshop Camera Raw. Adobe Bridge uses this information when it displays images, XnView (MP) does not.

Also I found XnView MP crashing on Windows 8 when trying to view raws in full-size mode.

Here's what I did and what happened:

* Make raw photo with DSLR
* View photo in Bridge
* Crop photo from Bridge with Camera Raw
* View the photo's folder in XnView
* View the photo: XnView shows uncropped version and crashes when I try to display it full-size.
