Scanning of multiple pictures

Post by Ember »

Hi there! :)

I've been using XnView for many years and I'm pretty happy with it. But now I have a problem I somehow cannot solve myself.
I used to use XnView to scan pictures because of the auto detection and the possibility to scan multiple pictures at a time. Yesterday I tried out GIMP for it but removed the program shortly after because it's just too much for me.
From then on I only get the Windows scan and fax application to work:

So, my question is: How can I get back the functions? Also whenever I check the box for "Add XnView to application for USB events (camera, scan...)" the box is unchecked whenever I look back again.

What can do?

I currently use Windows 7, if that helps.
I really hope you can help me out.

Greetings from Germany

This topic can be locked. I used a restore point and everything was back to normal.
