Suggestion: Add support for converting PDFs

Would be great if you could convert from PDF files.

I have a bunch of PDFs that others scanned, and they're just really PDFs with embedded images, and I want to convert those and watermark them. Right now I need to convert them in another program and then run them through xnconvert for watermarking.

you can if you install ghostscript
