0.51 Delete originals not working in batch convert

I just noticed this when using batch convert.

1. If output file names are different to the original file names the originals are not removed -ignoring my option to delete originals.

and
2. It appears that leaving "No change" in the Case option, leads to lower case extensions in output images.

Can anyone confirm?

1st time
Case: No change,
Options: Replace, delete originals
result: new images appear with originals (not deleted)
new images are ".jpg" (originals were ".JPG")

2nd time
Case: extension uppercase,
Options: Replace, delete originals
result: originals are deleted.
new images are ".JPG"
