Can't save as jp2 or jbg
When I try to save in JPEG2000 or JBIG format, nothing is saved and an error message pops up that says, "Contact your dealer." I installed the LuraWave JPEG2000 plugin but it didn't change this behavior.

colour depth?
I get the 'contact your dealer' message when I try to save as an image format that doesn't support the current colour depth of the image. Changing to the right depth fixes it (e.g. if you're trying to save a colour image as JBIG, convert it to greyscale or binary first). In the later versions of XnView (at least in batch convert mode) it will prompt you for a target colour depth instead of giving this message.
