Export EXIF/IPTC improvements(?)

Suggestions for exporting metadata
1.a. add option to export to individual files when selecting multiple files
1.b. when exported to individual files, then the files to be named after the original filename (filename-xyz.jpg -> exif/iptc export file: filename-xyz.txt)
2. add option to export both exif and iptc-data (then item 1.a. and 1.b.)
3. allow exporting selected fields only, so not -all- fields, but just e.g. the iptc title, or headline, exif usercomment
