unable open folder with € in name

cannot open folder with € in the name like "W€ther". I assume there are other chars as well.

XnView doesn't support Unicode...

XnViewMP and XnConvert -- both under development -- are cross-platform with Unicode support and so can be used if they have the functions you need.
