flv thumbs not working but I have all the codec needed

Hi,

I have only one issue left. I can't see the thumbnails for my flv videos. When in internet explorer in windows 7, i can see the thumbs for the flv. What I am missing. I tried installing the ffmpeg in the add on directory but did not help. If I see the thumbs in windows, I should have the codec required to see them in xnview, no ?
