High quality zoom bug for 1-bit images

The bug can be illustrated using the following file:

Open the image in XnView Classic,

View with Tools > Options... View > View tab -- High quality zoom unselected, then select and note the improvement in the image quality;

Open the image in XnViewMP,

View with Tools > Settings View > View tab -- High zoom quality unselected, then select and note there is no improvement in the image quality.

Finally, compare the image in XnViewMP with that in XnView -- both now with High quality zoom selected.

The bug seems to be specific to 1-bit images (tested TIFF and PNG).
