Help with ICC color profile conversion

Hi

i have lots of photos with Adobe RGB or Prophoto rgb color profile embed , and i would like to process them and save them in sRgb

well in xnconvert i got this action , but i'm not sure that everytime xnconverter reads the color profile

because i watched some photos , converted to sRGB and they look different

to convert adobe rgb and prophoto rgb to sRgb what setting should i use?

in the imput profile there is sRGB by default , does it mean that i have to load a color profiles ,in the imput profile?
or xnconverter can detect the color profile?
