Need help : XNConvert - Raw export

I am trying to export an interlaved RGB raw file with XNConvert.
default export is with separate planes and the format setup option is not selectable.
Anybody can help me ?

Another question, If i directly use nConvert (with an hand written script) , do you know if i can choise raw setup ?
