Format of the file could not be determined

Hello!
I tried versions 2.10 and 2.11 full installations. Tried to view some *.webp files. All this files correctly viewed by google chrome. But XnView gives me a messagebox
«Format of the file <name.webp> could not be determined
for displaying all of less common formats the following option is available
Options>General>[X]Display all image file types»

This checkbox is checked. All extentions in Read\Write and Associations options are checked. Messagebox displayed in both cases: trying view file from windows explorer and from XnView explorer. All other formats from jpg to avi viewed correct.
What’s wrong?

P.s. Win XP SP3 x86.

P.p.s. Finded advises like «remove "-slide" from command in registry doesn’t work». (I have not "-slide" there)

Yes of course. As i written, i chosed full installation. Now i checked manually, if webp.dll is in plugins folder — yes, it is.

right a new problem, replace with this dll
