Crop Alt+Y from inside to outside

The standard command "Alt+Y / Crop" cuts from outside to inside. Sometimes it would be fine to make it in the other way - e.g. a screenshot of a dialogue on a crazy background.
See attachment - how to crop this to the "orange area"?

With "crop from inside to outside" I would select the orange area - and all the lines outside of it would be cropped ...

i don't understand, select the orange region and crop, will remove outside lines

I press "Alt+Y", use the color-picker, pick the orange frame, press Enter - nothing happens ...
Which steps should I use?

No, "round" would be perfect but too much ...
I want to crop all the coloured line, and the orange area defines the min- and max-size of the new picture.
