Video is not shown

hi, first time here, but i didn't find an any answer to my problem
when i click on a video (mov / avi / mp4) i can hear the audio but only see the videoinfos (playbutton time (i don't now the englich word)) but not the video itself

do you have codec pack like 'Klite codec pack'

now i have installed the latest Klite codec pack - no change - for your information, every videofile can be correctly show by different viewer, but not with xnview

Windows 8 - 64-bit - after installing the codecs, when i click on an older video now audio is also not working

I've tested on a fresh 8.1, with Klite codec pack, and i can view mp4/avi
