XnView Software

How can I make XnView automatically refresh or sort my thumbnails after I rename a file? I am renaming files 01, 02, 03,...... and want them automatically placed in order after a rename without me having to 'refresh' with CTRL/r.

Is Auto refresh (Tools » Options... » Browser » Browser) activated?

It seems I had an incorrect understanding of the Auto refresh setting

Auto refresh is used when external copy/move occurs. For example, you copy a file in the windows explorer, and the destination folder is the folder opened in XnView's browser.

currently no way, 'auto refresh' is when files are changed outside...
