Crash of 0.64 with an .x3f image

Hello,

I use XnViewMP 0.64 and also Exiftool itself.
The Perl distribution of Exiftool also contains lots of test-images: the image part itself is (very) small because the files are used to test the contained metadata. With the attached *.x3f file XnViewMP crashes without any message.
