Add the ability to change index.html

I would like to see in the next version the ability to change the standard "index.html" output file name when generating a web page, so that all the sub-pages and links change as well. Something simple like the Title of the page option - to be able to input a name/date/other for the file name with a warning to make sure that there are no spaces in the filename.
