Toolbar

The toolbar is great, I love the ability to customise it.....

...but I have a request.

I would like buttons to turn on the preview and folder tree views.

Also when you turn on the preview it should remember where it was, which it doesnt now! (I am using the layout with the three vertical slices, the fifth one down)

Finally, the toolbar would be even better if it was possible to put it vertically down one side - I am running out of screen height (with the menu, the tabs, the status bar AND the toolbar) yet I usually have plenty of width!
