Hi,
I used XnView for a long time, then added XnView MP because Pierre recommended the improved feature to categorize photos.
When I changed from Windows XP to Windows 7 64-bit I only installed XnView MP. The only problem I came across is that the Media Detector cannot open XnView MP but only XnView. Well, that's not too bad.
I thought XnView MP would become the follower of XnView. But XnView is still developed. So my question is: Do I still need XnView beside XnView MP for any operations that XnView MP cannot accomplish or accomplish less good?
Is there any need to have XnView beside XnView MP?

If XnViewMP has all features that you need, XnView is not necessary
