Merge/Overlay 3 files with transparency

Hi everybody,

I am trying to Overlap/ Merge with Transparency (each background file) and get the Resultant file in any format PNG or TIF.

I am annexing
- 1 zip with 3 separate files : 1 RAR file with the 3 Separated files
- 1 open file to see the final result I need
