When changing the options for the preview window (for instance adding the picture informations), the preview display is incorrect (the picture is displayed under the other informations and not on the right, even when changing the folder (Exif, properties...)
To get the right behaviour back, you need to remove the folder option and re-select it for preview window.

Screenshots
Trying to make screenshot, I noticed that this is a refresh problem.
Any action that need a redrawing make it look correct (resize, switching from view to browse, changing tab options...).
But selecting an other picture or changing the tab does not display the preview correctly.
So maybe this is due to my config (W2KP SP4, GeForce 4MX) : some screenshot are here http://charond1.perso.cegetel.net/
